Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Communicate fluently in Arabic with good command of English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, service requests, and after sales support.
• Ensure accurate recording and follow up of customer requests through the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain high customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Should be able to join immediately.
• Prefer candidates on visit visa or dependent visa.
