TASC Outsourcing in Dubai is seeking an Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent to manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate product and service information. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Immediate joining is preferred, with a target-driven environment and opportunities to grow within a dynamic BPO setting.

Job Description: Call Center Agent – Arabic Speaker

Location: UAE, Dubai

Employment Type: Long Term

Salary: Up to AED 5,000 per month

Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escape issues when required.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and follow up on leads.
• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward timely resolution.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Call Center and Customer Service
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Good computer, CRM, and MS Office skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional and positive approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
