Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English in speaking and writing.

• At least 1 year in customer service or contact center.
• Strong communication, listening, typing, computer and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and professional conduct.
• Healthcare or hospitality experience preferred; multichannel support advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Book, amend, cancel, and follow up on appointments.
• Provide service information, resolve inquiries and escrow issues.
• Maintain CRM records and protect confidentiality.
• Meet quality, attendance, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
