Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
• Healthcare or hospitality experience and multichannel support are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Book, amend, cancel, and follow up on appointments.
• Provide service information and resolve inquiries; escalate as needed.
• Maintain CRM records and protect confidentiality.
• Meet quality, attendance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
