Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Can work rotating and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requests and respond to them according to their needs and situations.
• Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems via phone, email, chat or social media depending on the client requirements.
