Job summary

Al Tayer Stocks - Building & Interior Divisions is seeking a skilled Bid & Marketing Assistant to design, coordinate and deliver tender submissions and client presentations in Dubai. You will oversee bid materials, ensure brand guidelines and contribute to marketing outputs while supporting the Bid & Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in the construction / fit out industry.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Strong design and presentation capabilities using InDesign and MS Office.
• Ability to manage tender submissions and presentations with strict timelines.
• Experience with brand guidelines and marketing coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of tender submissions and presentations.
• Assist with marketing material updates and internal communications.
• Train bid team on InDesign usage to support business growth.
• Ensure on-time delivery of bids and professional presentation.
