Job summary

Mackenzie Jones Middle East is seeking an experienced Tender Manager for its Dubai office. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will write full technical tenders in response to RFPs and drive the tender process from content creation to final presentation.

You will manage tender graphics, proofreading, and appearance while coordinating with subcontractors and procurement for costings.

Qualifications

• Western educated to degree level (engineering or technical field).
• At least 5 years experience in tender management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Write full technical tenders in response to RFPs.
• Regularly produce updated tender content.
• Proofread technical documentation.
• Oversee appearance of tenders including graphics, design and imagery.
• Highlight potential risks in the RFP.
• Manage the Bid Coordinator in producing tender documentation.
• Liaise with sub‑contractors and procurement for pricing.

Our client is a leading provider of security services to various industries. With a strong reputation in the market and an impressive track record of providing high levels of service to their clients, they now require an experienced Tender Manager for their Dubai office. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Director of Business Development, your primary responsibility will be to write full technical tenders in response to the RFP. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Regularly producing updated tender content
• Writing technical tenders in full
• Proof reading technical documentation
• Taking control of the appearance of tenders including graphics, design and imagery
• Highlighting any potential risks of the RFP
• Managing the Bid Coordinator in producing the tender documentation
• Liaise with sub-contractors and the procurement team in obtaining prices for sub-contracted services

• Western Educated to Degree Level, preferably within an engineering or technical field
• A formal tender writing qualification is desirable
• At least 5 years experience within tender management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and proof reading skills
