Job summary

Marriott International’s W Hotels property in Dubai is seeking a courteous Bell Attendant to welcome guests, assist with luggage, provide directions and transportation arrangements, and ensure a seamless arrival experience in line with luxury service standards.

You will maintain a professional appearance, assist with luggage handling up to 50 pounds, coordinate with bell staff, and follow safety and quality procedures while delivering genuine guest care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Less than 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and inform them of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest.
• Open doors and assist guests entering/leaving the property and with luggage storage/retrieval.
• Transport guest luggage to/from rooms or bell area; assist guests in/out of vehicles and arrange transportation as needed.
