Job summary

W Hotels in Dubai is seeking a bell staff member to greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide flawless guest service in a luxury setting.

You will transport luggage, assist guests with transportation requests, and maintain professional appearance while upholding hotel policies. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience are preferred; supervisory experience is limited. This is a full-time, on-site position at Palm Jumeirah.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: Less than 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and inform them of property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving property; assist with luggage handling.
• Transport guest luggage to and from rooms and bell area; assist guests in/out of vehicles.
• Arrange transportation for guests and record advance requests as needed.
• Follow up with guests to ensure requests or problems are met to satisfaction.
