About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Bell Attendant to join theresort’s front services (bell & door) team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with unloading luggage from vehicles.
Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and resort amenities.
Handle guest luggage during check-in, check-out, and room changes.
Safely store and retrieve guest belongings in the luggage room.
Assist with transportation arrangements and coordinate with valet services.
Respond promptly to guest requests, including deliveries and errands.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and lobby areas.
Support VIP arrivals with personalized service and discretion.
Communicate effectively with front desk, concierge, and other departments.
Uphold safety protocols and ensure proper handling of guest items.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Previous experience in bell services or guest-facing hospitality roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods.
Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Knowledge of local attractions and resort services is an advantage.
Physical role involving lifting, walking, and standing for long periods.
May include outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
