Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and inform them of property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
• Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property and with luggage.
• Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms or bell area and assist with loading/unloading.
• Arrange transportation for guests and record advance requests as needed.
• Dispatch bell staff or valet staff and communicate parking procedures to guests.
• Follow up to ensure requests are met and maintain positive working relationships.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; adhere to company policies.
