Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Pastry Chef - Beach Club to join the culinary team in the UAE. You will oversee daily operations, manage resources, and lead a team to deliver exceptional Beach Club cuisine.

In this role you will develop menus and promotions, ensure dishes meet recipes and quality standards, and maintain HACCP compliance while delivering outstanding guest experiences. 8+ years in a five-star kitchen is preferred, with leadership experience in Beach Club environments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Beach Club cuisine with cost control and pricing of ingredients and supplies.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills; motivate, mentor and guide team members.
• High attention to detail ensuring food quality, presentation, cleanliness and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Beach Club kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and culinary standards.
• Monitor resource use and optimize equipment, ingredients and inventory.
• Develop weekly menus, monthly promotions and seasonal offerings with the Executive Chef.
• Ensure dishes prepared and presented per recipes and quality standards.
• Lead and coach kitchen team to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and HACCP and safety compliance.
• Address guest requests and feedback to enhance dining experience.
• Uphold safety practices and perform additional duties as assigned by chefs.
