Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to drive growth across three key cybersecurity domains: Cloud Security & Security Operations, Infrastructure & Network Security, and Data Security, Privacy & Governance. This is a high-impact, enterprise-facing role focused on new business acquisition, strategic account expansion, and revenue growth across advanced cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise and government accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across assigned cybersecurity portfolio.
- Drive consultative, solution-based selling tailored to customer security, infrastructure, compliance, or cloud challenges.
- Engage clients at both technical and executive levels through presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
- Position end-to-end security solutions aligned to customer environments, including cloud, network, SOC, and data protection architectures.
- Collaborate closely with internal presales, technical, vendor, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation.
- Manage full sales cycle including pipeline development, forecasting, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business and technical requirements into effective security strategies.
- Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and evolving regulatory landscapes.
- Support partner and channel engagement (VARs, MSSPs, SIs) to drive additional pipeline and market reach.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to strengthen market presence.
Core Experience & Requirements
- 4-6+ years of proven experience in cybersecurity or enterprise technology sales.
- Strong track record in new business development and account growth.
- Experience across one or more of the following areas: Cloud Security & Security Operations, Infrastructure & Network Security, Data Security, Privacy & Governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of enterprise environments and security architectures.
- Experience selling into enterprise and/or government accounts.
- Relevant cybersecurity or networking certifications are a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of regional (UAE / GCC) cybersecurity market is beneficial.
