About the Role :

The Search HouseIndias long-established recruitment consultancyis expanding its footprint into the UAE & Middle East. We are hiring a Corporate Sales / Business Development / Key Account Managerbased in Dubaito acquire new clients and drive recruitment mandates from companies hiring talent from India across job levels and high-growth industries.

This role is ideal for someone living is UAE with strong corporate networks exceptional business development skills and the ability to connect with hiring decision makers across the region.

Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Identify engage and acquire new clients across UAE & Middle East hiring manpower from India.
  • Sell recruitment talent acquisition contract staffing and search services to corporates.
  • Generate new business from Hiring Managers CHROs HR Heads Business Leaders Owners and Founders.
  • Develop strong pipelines across industries: Construction Engineering Building Materials Manufacturing Hospitality Retail Healthcare IT Oil & Gas Logistics Services and more.
Key Account Management:
  • Build long-term relationships with senior leadership in client organizations.
  • Understand hiring needs across functions and levelsblue-collar mid-management and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with India-based recruitment teams to ensure effective delivery and closure of positions.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth :
  • Drive revenue targets through consistent lead generation pitches proposals and contract closures.
  • Maintain CRM discipline track BD funnel and generate weekly/monthly business reports.
  • Represent The Search House as a trusted recruitment partner across the region.
Required Skills & Experience :
  • 412 years of experience in Corporate Sales / Business Development / Recruitment Sales / HR Consulting Sales.
  • Strong network and understanding of the UAE & Middle Eastbusiness landscape.
  • Proven success in selling services to HR decision-makers in any industry.
  • Excellent communication relationship-building negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven entrepreneurial and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Background:
  • Experience in selling Recruitment Services Staffing HRTech Manpower Outsourcing ATS/HR Solutions or similar B2B services.
  • Candidates currently based in Dubaiwith established contacts will be strongly preferred.
