Job summary

White & Case LLP’s Business Development team in the UAE supports the Energy, Infrastructure, Projects and Finance practice and coordinates cross‑jurisdictional BD initiatives. The Specialist provides day‑to‑day execution capability and manages defined pitches, proposals and credentials requests with input from partners and lawyers.

The role focuses on market and client research, experience management and knowledge resources, while ensuring outputs are timely, commercially focused and aligned

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business development in a professional services firm.
• Ability to own pitches, proposals and credentials requests.
• Strong market and client research skills.
• Knowledge of BD processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of defined client pitches, proposals, credentials requests from initiation to completion.
• Develop and quality‑check pitch content and case studies for reuse.
• Coordinate submissions across partners and jurisdictions with oversight.
• Support market research and background materials for BD initiatives.
• Maintain client relationship maps and provide insights for account planning.
• Assist with thought leadership, market positioning and external communications.
• Collaborate with BD Manager, partners, lawyers and other offices on BD initiatives.
• Contribute to data collection, reporting and continuous BD improvements.
