Job summary

Dubai Magic Circle Firm seeks an Associate or Senior Associate for its market-leading Project Finance team in Dubai. The role offers exposure to sophisticated cross-border financing transactions for sponsors, lenders, developers and government entities in energy, infrastructure and renewables sectors.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 PQE, be common law qualified, and possess excellent drafting skills with a track record at a top-tier firm. Middle East experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• 4-8 PQE in project finance
• Common law qualified (UK, Australia, New Zealand or other Commonwealth jurisdiction)
• Strong project finance experience, ideally with exposure to energy, infrastructure and renewables
• Experience at a Magic Circle, leading international or top-tier law firm
• Excellent academics and technical drafting skills
• Middle East experience preferred, but not essential
