MAJOR UK INT L LAW FIRM – HIGH-LEVEL REGIONAL PRACTICE – ATTRACTIVE SUPERB TEAM in Dubai seeks an ambitious mid‑to‑senior‑level associate to join the Project Development & Construction practice. The role focuses on structuring, development implementation and construction across energy, infrastructure, and related sectors.

The successful candidate will handle complex high‑end project documents, collaborate with multinational teams, and contribute to financings, procurement and M&A activities

Qualifications

• Excellent technical legal skills with multi‑jurisdictional experience.
• Experience handling complex high‑end project documents (energy/infrastructure).
• UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers; Arabic fluency beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Advise on project structuring, development implementation and construction.
• Assist on project financings, sector M&A deals, and major procurement.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams in Dubai and internationally.
