Shamrock Trading Corporation – RTS International seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Dubai, UAE. This is a 1099 contract sales role focused on prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts in the region.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with 5+ years in business development, strong sales skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% across Eastern/Western Asia as needed. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of business development experience.
• Proven success in professional, solutions-based sales over the phone and in-person.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Eastern/Western Asia.
• English business proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new international business opportunities using strategic sales tactics.
• Present and explain complex financial products and their value to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain international customer relationships through calls and in-person visits.
• Manage and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals.
• Negotiate spreads and maximize profitability on all new business.
• Collaborate with agent partners.
• Follow up on sales leads and client referrals.
• Other duties as assigned.
