Job summary

Gulftainer is seeking a commercially driven BCO Sales Manager to grow our BCO business and win new customers across the UAE. You will hunt and win new BCO customers, build a robust sales pipeline, and target high-potential shippers, manufacturers, importers, exporters and cargo owners.

You will develop relationships with key decision-makers in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Commercial, identify opportunities to capture cargo from competing ports and terminals, and own the end-to-end

Qualifications

• True sales hunter with a proven track record in new business development and customer acquisition.
• Enjoys being in the market, opening doors, building relationships and winning business.
• Experience in ports, terminals, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain is preferred, with strong UAE networks.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and win new BCO customers and container volumes across the UAE
• Build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, visits and outside sales
• Identify and target high-potential shippers, manufacturers, importers, exporters and cargo owners
• Build relationships with key Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Commercial decision-makers
• Identify opportunities to capture cargo from competing ports and terminals
• Develop new business across priority sectors including Automotive, FMCG, Retail, Food, Manufacturing
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and conversion
• Work closely with commercial and operations teams to develop customer solutions and drive sustainable volume growth
