Job summary

WeSource HR is seeking a driven hunter salesperson to secure new corporate business across the UAE for outdoor advertising solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting property developers, banks, retailers and other major sectors.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, a strong network of corporate clients, and a proven track record of achieving targets. UAE driving license and own vehicle are advantageous for field visits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales in UAE.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Own vehicle and UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across the UAE.
• Sell out-of-home advertising to corporate clients.
• Build relationships with decision-makers including Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, Procurement Heads and senior management.
• Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and industry events.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and commercial offers.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Acquire new corporate clients and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain long-term client relationships.
• Research market trends, identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to management.
