Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking an experienced bartender to deliver premium service in our luxury hotel bar. You will craft cocktails, handle guest requests, and maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include managing stock, executing POS orders accurately, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and hygiene standards while providing personalized guest experiences in a chic, high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years bartending experience in a luxury hotel or upscale bar.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment

5. Well‑groomed appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards

6. Basic knowledge of food pairing is an advantage

7. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

8. Relevant hospitality certification is preferred
