Job summary

Novotel World Trade Centre in Dubai is seeking an experienced Bartender to welcome guests and deliver high-standard bar service in line with our brand values. You will greet guests, prepare cocktails, maintain bar cleanliness, and collaborate with hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has hotel/hospitality bartending experience, solid knowledge of beverages and mixology, excellent customer service, and flexibility to work diverse shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drink preparation.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in bartending or alcohol service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area and restock supplies.
• Participate in promotional events or themed nights to attract guests.
• Provide food and drink pairing recommendations to enhance dining experience.
• Support other staff during busy periods or events.
• Build relationships with regular guests to encourage loyalty.
