Job summary

RIXOS in Dubai is seeking an experienced bartender to craft cocktails and coffee with precision, while delivering outstanding guest service.

You will maintain product knowledge, manage the bar area, and collaborate with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service across shifts.

Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages including craft cocktails coffee soft drinks and spirits with precision and creativity

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products ingredients and bar systems to ensure consistent quality and efficiency

Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with customers in a friendly professional manner and anticipating their needs

Organize and maintain the bar station ensuring cleanliness proper inventory management and adherence to health and safety standards

Collaborate seamlessly with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations during all service periods

Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately and responsibly

Stay current with industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the bar program and guest experience

Work flexibly across varying shifts to support team goals and operational demands

Proven bartending experience with demonstrated expertise in cocktail preparation and coffee making

Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere

Solid understanding of beverage preparation techniques, flavor profiles, and mixology principles

Proficiency with bar systems, POS technology, and cash handling procedures

Excellent organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail
