FOOD AND BEVERAGE GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Bartender to prepare and serve beverages to a high standard while delivering a engaging, efficient guest experience at the bar. You will combine technical execution with service awareness and teamwork to maintain quality and consistency.

Responsibilities include beverage preparation, guest engagement, stock control, and adherence to hygiene and licensing regulations, with a focus on speed of service and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• 2-4 years’ experience as a bartender in a quality venue.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar service.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Professional attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during service.
• Ensure correct glassware, garnishes, and presentation.
• Interact confidently with guests at the bar; provide menu and beverage recommendations.
• Support upselling in line with service standards.
