Rotana in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will balance hospitality with efficiency, crafting and serving beverages to the highest standards and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Hospitality or F&B qualification, have at least one year of bar operations experience, and speak excellent English. Flair bartending and knowledge of wines and spirits are a definite advantage.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage with minimum one year of bar operations experience.
• Excellent command of English and strong guest service skills.
• Flair bartending skills and knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails are an advantage.

We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to move their careers forward.

As a Bartender, you are responsible for providing the highest level of hospitality when preparing and serving beverages. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Perform all necessary tasks to serve beverages according to the hotel's Standard of Performance Manual.
• Achieve total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through the effective utilization of all resources.
• Delight guests by offering trend-setting and innovative products and services, contributing to sales activities and maximizing revenue.
• Set up the bar and prepare all necessary mise en place before service.
• Clean the bar and all equipment according to the required standards, maintaining cleanliness throughout service.
• Provide prompt and efficient service to all guests while treating guests and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

You should ideally have a diploma or degree in Hospitality or vocational training in Food & Beverage, with a minimum of one year of experience in Bar Operations.

An excellent command of English, along with strong guest service and interpersonal skills, is essential. Flair bartending skills, combined with thorough knowledge of various types of wines, spirits, liquors, and cocktails, would be a definite advantage.
