TU Holdings Group is seeking a skilled Bartender for our Abu Dhabi location. You will prepare a wide range of drinks, follow recipes for consistency, and maintain speed during peak times while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes mixology knowledge, exceptional service, and teamwork to create a welcoming bar atmosphere. Prior bartending experience in casual settings is preferred.

• Prior experience as a Bartender in a casual dining or bar setting.
• Basic knowledge of mixology and beverage trends.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours while delivering high-quality drinks.
• Take orders, provide recommendations and answer questions about the drink menu.
• Handle special requests and accommodate dietary restrictions professionally.
• Restock supplies including ice, garnishes, glassware and ingredients as needed.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods and provide support when needed.
• Ensure all beverages meet the establishment's quality standards.
• Record daily sales, track inventory usage and report discrepancies.
• Create and serve customized drinks for events while maintaining efficiency.
• Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the bar.
• Engage with guests to build rapport and encourage repeat visits.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
