Job summary

Chameleon Club in Dubai is seeking an experienced bartender to join a fast-paced nightclub team. You will prepare cocktails, maintain bar standards, and provide excellent guest service while upholding premium beverage knowledge.

Responsibilities include upselling beverages, managing orders through the POS, and adhering to safety and hygiene guidelines. You should be comfortable working late nights in a lively environment with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a nightclub, lounge, or high-volume hospitality venue.
• Strong cocktail preparation and beverage knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails according to established recipes and presentation standards.

• Assist with opening/closing procedures, stock counts, and replenishment.
• Coordinate with barbacks, servers, VIP staff, and management for smooth operations.
• Adhere to UAE Dubai regulations and venue policies on responsible alcohol service.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous bartending experience, preferably within a nightclub, lounge, beach club, bar, or high-volume hospitality venue.
• Strong cocktail preparation and beverage knowledge.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Strong sales and upselling ability.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced nightlife environment.
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous Dubai/UAE hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential.
