Job summary

Z club in Dubai is seeking an experienced bartender to prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast‑paced nightclub setting.

You will maintain in-depth knowledge of the beverage menu, upsell premium drinks, handle POS orders, ensure correct portioning, keep the bar clean, and collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional guest service while adhering to UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in nightclub/high-volume hospitality venues.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards.
• Provide fast, attentive service with a welcoming, professional attitude.
• Maintain knowledge of the beverage menu and promotions; upsell premium beverages.
• Process orders via POS and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and equipment; monitor wastage and costs.
• Follow FIFO and stock-rotation procedures; report shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with barbacks, servers, VIP staff, and management for smooth operations.
• Adhere to UAE Dubai regulations and venue policies; ensure responsible service.
