Job summary

DAIKAN in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Bartender to lead bar operations, prepare and serve beverages, and uphold the highest standards of guest service. You will help ensure smooth service during peak periods and maintain consistent quality and presentation.

You will supervise bartenders and bar backs, train teammates, monitor stock and costs, and contribute to revenue growth through guest engagement and upselling premium drinks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of bartending experience in high-volume venues.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
• Experience in inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Senior Bartender

Job Summary: The Senior Bartender is responsible for overseeing bar operations preparing and serving beverages maintaining high service standards and supporting the bar team to ensure an exceptional guest experience The role includes supervising bartenders and bar backs managing inventory ensuring compliance with company standards and contributing to revenue growth through beverage sales and guest engagementPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards Ensure efficient and smooth bar operations during service periods and maintain high standards of beverage quality presentation and consistency Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service-related issues professionally Ensure the bar is clean organized and fully stocked at all times Supervise guide and support bartenders and bar backs Assist in training new team members on beverage preparation service standards and company policies Delegate tasks and monitor team performance during shifts Monitor stock levels and place replenishment requests when necessary and minimize wastage and control beverage costs Ensure proper storage and rotation of beverages and bar supplies Recommend beverages and upsell premium products to guests Build positive relationships with guests and create memorable experiences Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally Support promotional activities special events and beverage campaigns Ensure compliance with company policies and local alcohol regulations.

Requirements
