Job summary

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to join Kapitol’s pre-opening team in Dubai. You will oversee daily bar operations, maintain brand standards, and lead a multicultural team of bartenders and barbacks to deliver exceptional beverages and service.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a busy bar environment, strong cocktail knowledge, and proven leadership skills. A high-energy, guest-focused approach and excellent English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of bar experience, including supervisory roles.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar or nightlife venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beers.
• Proven ability to train and lead a multicultural bar team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar operations and ensure efficient service.
• Lead, train and support bartenders, barbacks and staff.
• Maintain bar mise en place and ensure hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock, wastage, and assist with inventory.
• Drive beverage revenue through upselling and promotions.
