Job summary

Felicita Restaurant in Downtown Dubai is seeking a seasoned Bar Supervisor to lead our bar program, craft cocktails, and develop seasonal menus. You will mentor junior staff, manage inventory, and ensure fast, consistent service across all beverages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of bartending experience.
• Experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong mixology skills with the ability to create original cocktail menus.
• Proven leadership and training ability with junior bar staff.
• Experience with bar inventory management and cost control.
• Prior experience in Dubai or the wider UAE hospitality market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar program by crafting and refining cocktail recipes, seasonal menus, and drink specials.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior bartenders and barbacks during shifts.
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination to control costs and minimize waste.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and speed of service across all beverages served.
• Handle guest concerns related to the bar experience and support management with operational decisions.
