Job summary

Noren, a contemporary dining concept opening soon in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead daily bar operations and oversee the bartending team. You will ensure consistent beverage quality and maintain the bar program across menus.

Ideal candidates bring strong mixology knowledge, proven leadership, and the ability to train and motivate a team. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with an opportunity to join immediately for a smooth launch.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising a bar team in a restaurant, lounge, or bar setting.
• Strong beverage and mixology knowledge.
• Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
• Ability to join immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations and oversee the bartending team
• Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and consistency across the bar menu
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and coordination with beverage suppliers
• Train staff on drink recipes, service standards, and responsible-service protocols
• Support the development and refinement of the bar and cocktail program
