Job summary

LPM Restaurant & Bar in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Head Bartender to lead our cocktail program and team within a premier French‑Mediterranean dining concept. You will craft signature drinks, mentor staff, and ensure flawless service in a high-end, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates possess 8+ years in luxury hospitality or busy cocktail bars, superb English communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with POS systems.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of F&B experience, including 8 years in a high-end restaurant and/or busy cocktail bar.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; strong organizational and stress-management skills.
