Responsibilities

• Regulate oven temperatures and monitor cooking progress during service.
• Maintain food logs and ensure proper portioning, presentation, and garnish.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards or incidents.
• Stand for long periods and move objects up to 25 pounds as needed.
