Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking products and services.
• Thorough knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Credit and Operational Policies and Procedures.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks.
• Thorough knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations.
• Familiarity with service standards and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle deposit account documentation, inquiries and KYC compliance.
• Handle finance account documentation, card-related inquiries and data entry.
• Sell and cross-sell ADIB products and promote the bank’s image.
• Manage subordinates, plan training and appraisals.
• Perform other tasks as directed by Management.
