Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer for the BR-Al Qusais Branch in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering quality service while maintaining controls, handling deposit and finance account processes, and promoting ADIB products.

The candidate will manage inquiries, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate staff training and performance. Strong knowledge of UAE banking practices and Central Bank regulations is essential.

Qualifications

Experience handling deposit and finance accounts with KYC compliance.
Ability to open/close deposit accounts and process forms.
Experience promoting banking products and sales-driven goals.
Staff training and coordination experience.
Ability to follow management directions and perform assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

Deposit account documentation.
Handle inquiries related to deposit accounts; opening/closing; ensure form completion; observe KYC policies.
Finance account documentation; handle inquiries; prepare finance applications; data input; approvals.
Sell and cross-sell ADIB products and promote the bank’s image.
Staff management and coordination; plan training and appraisal.
Perform other tasks specified by Management.
