Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking a Relationship Officer for UBank in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing customer interactions, executing transactions, and promoting banking solutions to raise customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

You will identify new sales opportunities, handle inquiries, and maintain records for performance tracking while adhering to policies and service standards across shifts in mall branches.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in banking or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Flexible to working in mall/shift branches with two shifts (morning and evening).
• uBank operates 7 days a week with a weekly day off.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of uBank services by managing customer interactions and promoting banking solutions.
• Execute banking transactions and respond to inquiries to ensure high satisfaction and service quality.
• Identify new sales leads and opportunities with cross-sell, upsell, and retention to grow market share.
