Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with banking needs in a courteous way.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person and direct to proper dept.
• Support processing of account openings, deposits, withdrawals and routine transactions.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of customer information and documents.
• Maintain branch records, filing, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Uphold service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.
