Job summary

National Bank of Fujairah seeks an Assistant - Customer Relations to welcome customers, guide them to the right location, and provide express service for applications. You will ensure timely, accurate work aligned with procedures and deliver quality service.

Role requires handling branch calls and cross-selling to wealth customers, with a focus on teamwork and compliance. A Commerce degree or business-related qualification is preferred, with 1–3 years in banking.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Commerce or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent.
• 1–3 years experience in a financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and direct them to the correct location/work station.
• Provide express service for applications and input requests in the system.
• Deliver quality customer service in line with procedures and standards.
• Cross-sell and refer high-profile/wealth customers to OCR.
• Respond to branch telephone calls and attend to inquiries.
• Prepare reports/statistics for line management.
