Jobgether is seeking an IT Support Analyst – Application Operations based in the United Arab Emirates. You will ensure reliable, secure operation of critical banking applications, investigate incidents, and work with developers and vendors to implement lasting fixes.

The role covers monitoring, configuration management, access control, and knowledge sharing in a dynamic IT operations team. We value analytical, proactive professionals who can improve service stability and automate processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT application support or operations in enterprise/financial services.
• Strong incident and problem management knowledge.
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence for ITSM and documentation.
• Excellent German and English communication (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Splunk) and SQL is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring IT incidents and implement corrective measures to improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot application errors with developers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor banking applications and optimize monitoring processes; identify automation opportunities.
• Configure and administer banking applications (OpenLease) and related workflows.
• Provide first- and second-level application support and participate in major incident management.
• Process user access requests and maintain permissions per security policies.
• Document investigations, workarounds, changes, and incident resolutions for knowledge base.
• Support continuous improvement across operations, incident management, monitoring, and service delivery.
