Job summary

Responsibilities

• Understands app support procedures and basic knowledge of other technical areas to maintain, identify and define enhancements to applications and operating environments.
• Analyzes existing system logic and uses evaluative judgment to implement enhancements or fixes.
• Formulates and defines scope/objectives for changes with research and documentation of requirements.
• Collaborates with development and production support teams.
• Participates in validation and testing activities.
• Assesses applicability of previous experiences and evaluates options under non-procedural circumstances.
• Ensures risk awareness and compliance to laws, policies and regulations in decision-making.
