Job summary

Nair Systems in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced IT Support professional to back banking operations, enterprise infrastructure, and business-critical applications. The role spans core banking systems, data center operations, network management, and end-user support to ensure high availability and resilience.

You will handle FCUBS/T24/Way4/DCMS, Windows Server and AD, Microsoft 365/Azure, and MPLS/VPN networks while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Banking IT Support.
• Experience supporting banking applications and operational environments.
• Knowledge of FCUBS, T24, Way4, DCMS, and UAE Central Bank applications.
• Strong experience with Windows Server administration.
• Active Directory administration experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune environments.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including LAN, WAN, VPN, and MPLS.
• Experience with routers, switches, and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers.
• Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and support critical production environments.

Responsibilities

• Support banking applications including FCUBS, T24, Way4, DCMS, and UAE Central Bank applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues affecting banking operations and customer services.
• Coordinate with vendors and application support teams to resolve service-impacting incidents.
• Support business continuity and operational resilience initiatives.
• Perform routine server health checks and infrastructure monitoring.
• Support Windows Server environments and Active Directory administration.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Windows platforms.
• Perform system updates, patch management, and routine maintenance activities.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for end users.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Resolve service requests and incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Support Main Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and network devices.
• Monitor and maintain MPLS, WAN, VPN, and branch network connectivity.
• Coordinate with telecom providers for connectivity issues and upgrades.
• Maintain network documentation and operational procedures.
• Provide on-call and after-hours support for critical incidents and production issues.
• Respond to outages, application failures, and urgent service requests.
• Coordinate incident response activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery operations when required.
