Job summary

Danem Certification is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist – Certification, Inspection & Compliance to drive B2B growth across the UAE and GCC. You will promote TIC services including ISO/IEC 17020, ATEX/IECEx, CE Marking, and management system certifications, while building long-term client relationships.

The role requires 1–3 years of technical sales experience with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Fluency in English is essential and Arabic is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Science, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably TIC.
• UAE/GCC market experience preferred.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, industry databases, referrals, exhibitions and networking.
• Develop relationships with manufacturers, exporters, EPC contractors, oil & gas companies, industrial operators, consultants and government-related organizations.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to determine the appropriate certification, inspection, testing or verification service.
• Develop opportunities for ISO/IEC 17020 inspection services, including third-party inspection and conformity assessment activities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and technical-commercial discussions.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects from initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation and order confirmation.
• Attend exhibitions, conferences and industry events to develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain an updated CRM pipeline, sales forecast and opportunity tracker.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, regulatory developments and customer requirements.
• Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
