Job summary

Elite HR Consultancy in the UAE is seeking motivated Sales Executives to join an established ICT systems integrator. Freshers and junior sales professionals who are confident, target-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in B2B technology sales are encouraged to apply.

You will identify potential customers, promote ICT solutions, and travel across the UAE. Driving license is preferred/mandatory; strong English skills and a presentable personality are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience are welcome.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE.
• UAE Driving License is preferred/mandatory; strong relevant skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B customers and business opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, networking and customer visits.
• Promote ICT solutions and services offered by the company.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct customer visits and understand their business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and opportunities through to closure.
• Maintain records of sales activities and opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare basic sales reports for management.
