Coined One is hiring for a Sales Officer in Dubai. This full-time role focuses on B2B corporate sales within banking and commercial sectors. You will manage UAE-based B2B client accounts, develop a robust sales pipeline, and close commercial deals.

We seek candidates with at least 2+ years of pure B2B sales experience in the UAE, capable of achieving targets, and fluent in professional communication and negotiation. UAE-based applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pure B2B sales experience in UAE (commercial sales, corporate banking, or related fields)
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a pipeline of B2B corporate prospects in the UAE
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at mid-market and corporate clients
• Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet business objectives
• Present, negotiate, and close large, complex commercial deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation
• Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and activities
• Maintain accurate account and contact information in the CRM
• Ensure compliance with applicable banking, regulatory, and internal policies
