Job summary

Magic Trading Company LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of promotional products and corporate gifts, build lasting client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiate terms, coordinate production timelines, present samples, and help clients achieve their branding goals with innovative merchandise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales in UAE.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM, SAP or Odoo a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand consultant to identify marketing goals and recommend promotional gifts.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through quotation, negotiation and contract.
• Develop product knowledge and clearly communicate value and benefits to clients.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, present samples and negotiate terms and timelines.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporate clients, agencies and procurement teams.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
