Job summary

WhizzHR is seeking a motivated Software Sales Executive to drive growth across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The role focuses on B2B software or SaaS sales with a strong emphasis on building lasting client relationships and closing deals.

You will lead sales strategies, identify opportunities, deliver product demonstrations, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B software sales or SaaS sales.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
