Job summary

Zasa Consultants is seeking a dynamic UAE-based sales professional to drive HRMS and SaaS solutions to HR heads and business owners. You will lead field sales, visit clients, and present demos to close deals and grow revenue.

The role requires proven B2B sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in the UAE. Immediate joiners are preferred and relocation is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRMS sales or B2B SaaS sales.
• Experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field sales, networking, and client visits.
• Identify and approach potential B2B clients.
• Pitch HRMS and SaaS solutions to business owners and HR professionals.
• Conduct product presentations and demos.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
