Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Business Development Executive for its Dubai operation. The role focuses on acquiring new clients for HR software and advisory services, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth across the UAE.

The candidate should be an Emirati national with 1–2 years of SaaS/B2B sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple leads while traveling for events as needed. A competitive compensation package includes commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Sales experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with confidence in cold calling and pitching.
• Emirati National; willingness to travel for events and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition for HR software and advisory services.
• Develop outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and targeted messaging.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to connect with potential clients.
• Keep the CRM updated with lead details, interactions, and progress for smooth handovers to pre-sales and technical teams.
• Identify and qualify potential leads aligned with the target customer profile.
• Present our HR software solutions effectively as the first point of contact.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and lead quality.
• Prepare sales collateral, proposals, and presentations as needed to support the sales process.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach.
• Conduct initial product demos to showcase SaaS features and capabilities.
