Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in prospecting, cold calling, client meetings, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• Comfortable working with monthly sales targets, revenue targets, and KPIs.
• Experience selling technology, automation, IT, electronics, or engineering products is preferred.
• Technical or engineering background is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new business customers through cold outreach and networking.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain active conversations and meetings.
• Demonstrate solutions via meetings and site visits, translating technical features to business value.
• Prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate, and close opportunities to handover.
